This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. By using InstantResponse.AI you agree to comply with this AUP and with the terms, guidelines, and rules of any third-party channel you connect (including Google, Yelp, Thumbtack, Twilio, and WhatsApp).
Prohibited activities
You may not use the platform to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates applicable messaging laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR)
- Send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual-property rights
- Impersonate another person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect, harvest, or use personal information without a lawful basis or the recipient's consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data, or interfere with normal operation of the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or resell the platform without our written permission
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions of the platform or any connected channel
- Use the service to build a competing product or to scrape data at scale
Messaging and channel compliance
You are responsible for the content you send through InstantResponse.AI. You must:
- Have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and honor opt-out requests promptly
- Comply with the terms of every channel you connect - Google Local Services Ads, Yelp, Thumbtack, Twilio, WhatsApp, and any CRM
- Include required disclosures for automated messages where applicable
- Provide accurate business information used in replies and profiles
Security
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any InstantResponse.AI system without prior written authorization. If you discover a potential security issue, report it responsibly to Info@InstantResponse.AI.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account and, where appropriate, notification to law enforcement. We may also cooperate with connected channels that report a suspected violation of their own policies.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
