InstantResponse.AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated lead-response tools for home service businesses and digital marketing agencies. We help users automate replies to leads from platforms such as Yelp, Google Local Services Ads, Thumbtack, and more, with customizable messaging and centralized lead management.
Eligibility
To use InstantResponse.AI, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Operate as a business or represent a business in the home services, digital marketing, or related fields
Account registration
To access the full features of InstantResponse.AI, users must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Free trial and subscription plans
InstantResponse.AI offers a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.
- Subscription plans are billed monthly
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- There are no long-term contracts or commitments
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
White label and agency use
Marketing agencies may use our platform in a white-label capacity with the appropriate subscription tier. Use of our white-label features must comply with all branding and usage guidelines provided upon onboarding.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to send spam or unauthorized messages
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform without written permission
- Interfere with the system's functionality or performance

Integrations
InstantResponse.AI connects with third-party platforms such as Yelp, Google Local Services Ads, Thumbtack, WhatsApp, and SMS. CRM connectivity - including HubSpot, Workiz, Pipedrive, and other systems - is delivered through third-party automation such as Zapier and webhooks rather than native integrations. We are not affiliated with these platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, stability, or integration changes.
Data and privacy
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You maintain ownership of your customer data, but we may access it as needed to provide and improve services. Business customers processing personal data of end users should also review our Data Processing Addendum.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, and features on InstantResponse.AI are the intellectual property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
InstantResponse.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that responses will always lead to customer conversions, or that third-party platform integrations will always function without interruption. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstantResponse.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
SMS communications
By providing your phone number during registration or within the platform, you consent to receive automated transactional and informational SMS messages from InstantResponse.AI (e.g. new lead alerts, account notifications).
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and incoming leads.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP", we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Modifications to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
