- InstantResponse.AI is an AI front desk for local service businesses. It replies within seconds to message leads from Google Local Services Ads, Yelp, and Thumbtack, asks the qualification questions you configure, confirms a preferred day and time with the customer when set up that way, and keeps those conversations in one shared inbox. Voice AI on your existing number, full calendar booking, and call capture from sources other than Google LSA are in Beta.
- Replies are automated and typically land within about a minute of the message arriving, at any hour, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Exact timing depends on the lead source and your connection, and we do not guarantee a specific response time.
- Message leads from Google Local Services Ads, Yelp Requests a Quote, and Thumbtack are live today, plus Google LSA call recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries when eligible call data is available in the connected account. Email, SMS, and WhatsApp are outbound team notification channels, not inbound lead sources. Voice AI on your existing number, full calendar booking, and call capture from sources other than Google LSA are in Beta. Website forms, website chat, Google Business Profile messages, and Angi are not supported.

- Through Zapier or webhooks only. There are no native, direct, or two-way integrations with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, Workiz, or GoHighLevel. You build a Zap or point us at a webhook endpoint, and qualified-lead data and conversation transcripts land wherever you map them. Nothing is created, assigned, or scheduled in your CRM by us.
- It escalates. You can route to a real person on your team by SMS, WhatsApp, or email the moment a conversation goes off-script, involves pricing you haven't set, or the customer asks to talk to a human.

- Plumbers, HVAC, electricians, roofers, cleaning, moving and junk removal, attorneys, accountants, dentists, salons and spas, real estate agents, and caterers. Any local service business that runs on paid lead channels is a fit.
